Thai Massage
Thai Massage consists of a series of interactive, flowing movements, stretches and rhythmic massage, along all the body's energy lines and pressure points. The often deeply meditative experience can result in a profound release from mental and physical stress.
Hot Stone Massage
If you’ve never experienced a hot stone massage before, you should definitely experience this wonderfully deep sensation!
This massage treatment melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation, creating deep relief while also focusing on your body’s energy flow with Chakra healing.
The heat from the stones warms up the body and relaxes the muscles in preparation for massage so the therapist can work more efficiently and deeply.
Cupping
Cupping has been used in China for years. It has become more popular since celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow or athletes like Michael Phelps have brought it to main stream. Chinese medicine cupping is used to treat arthritic symptoms, asthma, the common cold, chronic cough, indigestion problems and some skin conditions. Cupping is performed by applying cups to selected skin points and creating pressure within the cups, either by heat or by suction. This promotes blood circulation, improves immunity and reduces inflammation.
Gua Sha
The Gua Sha technique is a method from the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), having its origins in the prehistory, where they had the habit of rubbing their bodies to relieve symptoms of pain. While this might not sound like the most enjoyable experience, when performed correctly, gua sha is relaxing and therapeutic. Gua Sha’s great effects exist by its simultaneous action on the skin, in the connective tissues, in the lymphatic system, in the muscles, blood vessels and the internal organs
