Pilates Core- This is a great class for those who want to focus on core strength while lengthening and strengthening the muscles.
Yin Yang Yoga - This is a great class that brings together two different practices. First we will start with the yang aspect which is more ashtanga based. We will flow throw poses, while we warm and strengthen the muscles. The second half we slow down and hold poses longer, working on deep, dense connective tissue and joints in the body.
Qigong - Qigong is a discipline, which derives off two Chinese words. Qi refers to life energy and body function, and Gong refers to methods of exercise for strengthening and replenishing. Qigong is a practice in which breathing techniques are aligned with body movements, awareness for exercise, healing and meditation.
All the above classes are low impact and good for all fitness levels. The only thing you need is a mat.

How We Got Here
At On The Go Acu, came about due to us closing our doors during covid-19. During that time we had past clients asking if we could come to them since we no longer had a clinic. We were more than happy to help and get back to helping others. Since then we have open a new clinic on Mary St in Lindsay and now offer both mobile onsite services for those who have trouble getting around or just feel more comfortable in their own homes; and we have our clinic for those that prefer that setting.
We take pride in what we do and are constantly adding to our knowledge through continuing to learn as much as we can to better assist and care for our clients. We also enjoy taking the time to understand what each client needs in order to reach wellness. That’s why so many of our clients become regulars, and we continue to grow and expand year after year.
